Financial Expert
Courtney is an unbiased consultant and educator to athletes. As a former Wall Street executive, she brings over 25 years of expertise and experience in helping athletes reach their financial goals and manage their money. Now, as an objective and independent consultant, instead of managing assets, she educates athletes about all things financial, helps clients vet and monitor their advisors and prepares them for their future.
During her investment career, Courtney worked at Barclays, Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse and DLJ. She began her career at Wells Fargo in commercial and investment banking. Courtney earned her undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior Management in Business and her MBA in Finance.
Legal Expert
Luke is a protector, educator and national resource for athletes at all levels and phases of their career. With nearly 20 years of experience working with athletes, he leads Porter Wright’s Sports Law practice as a non-agent sports attorney. As co-founder of ADVANCE, Luke brings his legal experience to student-athletes across the country by providing qualified unbiased education on topics like decision-making, understanding NIL contracts and marketing agent contracts, intellectual property and more. Luke earned his bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, and his JD from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is a licensed attorney in Ohio.
Financial Expert
Rashad is a dynamic speaker, educator and performance consultant that serves as a national resource for athletes on all levels. With over a decade of experience, Rashad has guided 40,000+ athletes, focusing on the intersection of money and sports. As a former Division 1 athlete and financial professional, Rashad is passionately committed to providing unbiased financial education and essential life skills so athletes can be champions of their financial futures. Rashad earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, and serves on the Advisory Board of Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business and as a trustee of Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in Philadelphia, PA.
